Q: How long does it take for me to receive my custom shoe?

Custom shoes take approximately 2-4 weeks to be completed and shipped depending on the design and size.

Q: What if I want a shoe custom painted that is not offered on the site?

We will first discuss in detail the custom design you want.

We will choose shoes, the style, and brand of shoe that you want.

When you are ready to order your custom shoe we will send you an invoice.

Once the purchase is made we will order, custom, and ship the shoes to you.  

Q: What is the return policy? 

All purchases from Kleha Customs are final and there are no returns.

Q: Can I send my own shoe in to be painted? 

Yes. Email me at [email protected] and we will discuss the shoe, price, and where to send your shoes for customization.
